PlugPlay — Hard Summer 2024 Activation
This project documents the full on-site activation for PlugPlay and RNBW at Hard Summer, capturing the energy, scale, and brand presence throughout the weekend.
The goal was to create a complete visual recap of the activation — highlighting the booth experience, artist interactions, product visibility, and crowd engagement — while delivering content optimized for social media and brand marketing use.
I was responsible for end-to-end content creation throughout the activation.
This included:
On-site filming and photography across multiple days
Capturing real-time brand interactions, booth activity, and crowd engagement
Documenting artist gifting moments and influencer interactions
Creating both wide coverage and detailed close-ups of the activation space and products
Managing content capture in a high-pressure, live-event environment
In addition to the main event coverage, I produced a behind-the-scenes YouTube video, which I also filmed and edited. This long-form piece documented the activation process and festival environment, and was later repurposed into short-form clips for social media use. This approach extended the life of the content beyond the event itself, providing PlugPlay and RNBW with both long-form and short-form assets optimized for digital distribution.
